The following is a list of services CRES Inc. provides:

• Comprehensive handling of office buildings and shopping centres with full or part-time attendants. Our highly trained, licensed and bondable staff maintains HVAC and other building equipment, performs miscellaneous repairs, and arranges and supervises building improvements.
• Liaison role between building management/owners and sub trades, subcontractors and suppliers.
• We cater to tenants and owner’s concerns on a 24-hour basis.
• Temporary replacement of building engineers and superintendents.
• Mechanical maintenance contracts.
• Facilities coordination.
• Light tube replacements and repairs to light fixtures; maintenance of some pylon and storefront signs.
• Replacement of various batteries used in building systems.
• Design mechanical maintenance schedules.
• Conditionally we provide some of the above services to residential buildings.
• Consulting in areas of the company expertise as well as On-retainer Consulting.
