The requirements for the Building Engineer position:

• 4th class power engineer or a similar certificate or
• HVAC controls certification or
• Refrigeration certificate combined with previous experience in the industry or
• Electrical certificate combined with previous experience in the industry.

 

The requirements for the Building Superintendent position:

• Previous experience in the industry or
• Willingness to be trained as well as possession of related certification, (first aid and the like).
